Organisational Change Manager
Local Peoples is taking expressions of interest for Organisational Change Managers in the ACT who are interested in working as an embedded team member with our Government clients in both contract and ongoing roles. Contribute to a wide range of projects that aim to achieve strategic objectives, modernise business processes and provide reliable information to help decision-makers.
Required Skills And Experience.
- Change management experience, including communications, engagement and behavioural and cultural change
- Experience with formalised methods, approaches, and industry best practices (i.e. PROSCI, CMI, CMBoK) or a demonstrated understanding of mature change management approaches in government at a local level.
- Expertise in developing and delivering effective and successful communications campaigns, and engagement programs
- Ability to conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders and identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- Experience organising and overseeing change programmes and plans and contribute to document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Ability to undertake complex stakeholder engagement including end user, with ability to manage policy requirements with end user experience
- Experience fostering organisation change through employee development and behavioural and culture change
- Ability to provide strategic advice and operational assistance to executives particularly to support the achievement of key project and program milestones.
- Relevant change management and/or communications qualifications or industry certification.
Residency and Clearance
- Hold a current ASGVA Baseline clearance or be able to obtain one.
- Australian Citizen
